Having a strong foundation in the philosophy of ones own relationship to your students and the class room environment is important for the further development of academic relevance in society. The question I constantly ask myself is, do I effectively articulate the concept of an assignment in relation to a real life context. My goal as an educator is to incorporate as many applicable life concepts as well as build a strong technical and creative class environment.

hi. . . i received an email from Ken Marqius at Landfill Art. Don't know how i managed that, but anyway, thought i'd check out the project and thus i saw the piece you created, so here i am. . . so i guess you could say "i care." i don't have any complicated words to describe it, i just really like the hubcap you did for the project! it's peaceful.
